2. Booking Conditions
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the client. Prestige Travels reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
3. Payment
A deposit of 25% of the total booking value is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is due in instalments as agreed at the time of booking. All prices are quoted in euros and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. No interest charges are applied to instalment payments.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by supplier and booking type. Standard terms are as follows: cancellations made more than 90 days before departure forfeit the deposit only; cancellations between 30 and 90 days forfeit 50% of the total booking value; cancellations within 30 days of departure forfeit 100% of the total booking value. Full cancellation terms specific to your booking are outlined in your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation for all bookings.
5. Liability
Prestige Travels acts as an agent for suppliers including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. While we take every care to select reputable suppliers, we cannot accept liability for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
